POST 3 >> MY FAVOURITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY

My favorite piece of technological gadget is my laptop. I´ve had it since 2021 and it has been a huge help for studying and for training chess. I could say that it is almost a friend to me. I specially choose it for travelling due to its size and weight. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped it in 2022 and the hinge broke.... It was the first time my computer left the house! The good thing is that it still works, even though is a litlle complicated to open since the hinge is broken. I´ve been feeling guity over it ever since becuase my oarents paid for it, and it was quite expensive. Some time ago I took it to have it repaired, but the technician left it in an even worse shape. I´ve been working and saving for months, because I want to avoid my parents spending more money on it. They want to buy me a new one, but it would be like replacing my best friend.

I use this laptop every day, for work, listen to music, communicate, to do classes, play and train chess. We are inseparable! To imgine my life without it would be like losing many of my daily activities... Y woul feel empty... I can´t replace my laptop for another technological device.

I always value and take care of what my parents give me. I take care of this computer with my soul... I was just that one time that I accidentlaly dropped it. I promise I´ll have it fixed by the end of the year!
